The shipping guarentee time is not provided by us. Ebay makes it up.  We usually ship same day on orders placed before 2pm est. Depending on where you live and the size/weight of the item depends on the cost of shipping and since we ship for free we get to pick the service..fair?  So if you live west of the Mississippi it'll most likely come via fedex or ups...usps if it fits in a flat rate box.
If you use the item you purchase or open a sealed box we will not accept a return for it unless it is somehow defective. Returns are accepted for manufacturer defects, products not working or products damaged during shipping.  If you return an item and we find that you used it or misrepresented the reason for a return as much as ebay allows will be withheld for the return as well as shipping costs.
