Featuring a high-powered motor, the tool is capable of up to 3,000 impacts-per-minute, and includes a variable speed control for a more versatile design. This cordless angle impact wrench is capable of up to 44 foot-pounds of max torque and has Makita's STAR protection computer controls to stop overheating and overloading. By facilitating communication directly between the battery and tool, Star protocols shut down your device if it's overworked, saving it's motor. The Makita 18V LXT impact wrench also features a highly accessible design, with a 2-1/4-inch angle head, longer body design and a rotate-able housing for difficult angles.
