    I bought this Dewalt impact DCF899 several years ago, and used it in my personal garage. It has never been in the rain. It has worked flawlessly until recently. After it has been sitting for some time, it operates at a real low RPM and has very little power. Sometimes it will turn at a higher RPM and seems to have at least moderate power.
